Shipping Policy

• Free shipping applies to all orders within the continental United States and Canada.
• Our products ship from Monday to Friday.
• Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days (except for 5-Piece Picnic Table Set).
• All orders addressed to the continental United States are shipped via UPS Ground and take between 6 to 9 business days to arrive.
• During our busiest season (May-September), it may take longer than expected to process and ship your order. If we expect a delay in shipping, we will contact you.


Hawaii/Alaska and International Orders

• Hawaii/Alaska and International orders are shipped via UPS 3 Day Air and subject to higher shipping fees.

Return Policy

• We offer an unnconditional 15 day money back garantee (less the cost of shipping and handling).
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested within 15 days of delivery of order by emailing contact@thecedarsite.com.
• The customer pays 2-way freight (there and back). Open box items will be inspected and are subject to a restocking fee if items are found damaged or with parts missing.


Defective Product

• A defective product claim must be made within 15 days of delivery of order by emailing contact@thecedarsite.com.
• DO NOT return or throw anything away, email us immediately.
• Replacements will not be issued until the defective unit is confirmed.
• We will ship replacement at no additional cost.


Damaged Product

• A damaged product claim must be made within 15 days of delivery of order by emailing contact@thecedarsite.com.
• DO NOT return or throw anything away, email us immediately.
• A replacement or refund will be provided as soon as the shipping claim is resolved.
• We will ship replacement at no additional cost.


Canceling Order

• All orders may be canceled with no additional fee prior to shipping.
• Cancellations must be made by emailing contact@thecedarsite.com.
• If your order has been shipped prior to the cancellation, please follow the Return Policy guidelines listed above.


Sales Tax

All orders shipped to addresses in the State of Utah will be charged with a sales tax of 6.6% of the total order.


Warranty

• All of our products include a limited 30 day warranty.
• If your product is found to be defective or damaged within the first 30 days of normal use, we will replace the damaged part or item free of charge, at its discretion.
